5. No Guarantee of Service

We do not guarantee that you will receive a response from a contractor, that any contractor will be available in your area, or that the work performed by a contractor will meet your expectations. We facilitate introductions only and are not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any work performed.

Cost information provided on our Site is for informational purposes only. Actual costs may vary significantly based on your specific project, location, market conditions, and other factors. Cost estimates are not quotes and should not be relied upon as such.
